We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zenbivy purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
